The tuner holes are for the inline that comes on it originally; but I like locking tuners so its got those also Fender did a light run of steel wool back neck just to smooth up little. Frets are in great shape still. This neck is an awesome player. I only played it for maybe 6 months.
Theres some scratches on the back of head stock just for use, but nothing major, super light have to look at it an angle see.
