Pros of buying a guitar with the specifications you mentioned:1. Fascist Vintage neck: This type of neck is known for its smooth and comfortable playing feel, making it ideal for players who prefer a classic, vintage-style neck.
2. Floyd Rose tremolo system: This type of tremolo system allows for superior sustain and better control over vibrato, making it great for players who enjoy playing lead or want to experiment with different tuning and effects.
3. Gotoh tuners: Gotoh tuners are highly regarded for their durability and accuracy, which can help maintain tuning stability and ensure your guitar stays in tune for longer periods of time.
4. Mij (Made in Japan) construction: While not always the case, Mij-made guitars often have a reputation for high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail, which can result in a guitar that sounds and feels great.
Cons of buying a guitar with the specifications you mentioned:1. Weight: A guitar with a Floyd Rose tremolo system and a heavier body, such as a stratocaster-style body, may be heavier than some players prefer. This can make it more difficult to play for extended periods of time or while standing, and may require additional support or a strap with extra padding.
2. Cost: Guitars with these specifications can be more expensive than some other options on the market, which may be a deterrent for some players.
Conclusion:If you're looking for a guitar with a smooth, comfortable neck, superior tuning stability, a versatile tremolo system, and a reputation for high-quality craftsmanship, then a guitar with the specifications you mentioned may be a good fit for you. However, be aware of the potential downsides, such as the weight and cost, and consider whether these factors will be a deal-breaker for you.
Recommendation:I would recommend doing your research and trying out a few different guitars with similar specifications to see which one feels and sounds the best for you. You may also want to consider working with a guitar shop or a knowledgeable seller to help you make a decision. Ultimately, the best guitar is the one that feels and sounds the best to you, and that meets your specific needs and preferences as a player.
No stress cracks at the nut mounting holes. Neck is in very good cosmetic condition, some wear on the tip of head stock see pic. Any questions including overseas shipping etc please drop me a line.
Thanks very much for looking. Truss rod functions properly but there is a very slight back bow. Gotoh tuners, frets have been leveled and no wear, 2-3 16th neck heel. This is a great little neck and would make anyone very happy.
Killer fascist vice kg maple neck made in japan. I parted this guitar out and haven't found a suitable body for neck so its time to go. If using gauge strings you would never know it, its that hard to notice.
