Details:

21 frets, bone nut and pearl inlays. Voila, the first hockey stick neck was designed and created. I will do my best to answer them. Up for offer is a hockey stick neck from 1982 Robin strait.

String tree on the neck is for low e a strings. For those ers who live outside the USA, I do use global shipping service exclusively. Do a google search and you can find videos pictures of Stevie ray Vaughn playing one these early Robin straits. Please double check and make sure you are eligible to use that service prior buying.

I just wan't a fan of the hockey stick head stock with tuners on opposite side. Shipping charges are for those who live in the USA. I also own one of those early Tokay springy sound guitars and it is an awesome guitar. The neck comes with original tuners and have Robin logo on them.

They were identical to the highly prized and IMO best straits being made at time, Tokay springy sound. I have not changed or modified the neck in any way. Even the Tokay logo on head stock looked like fender.

These Robin strait copies were only made and sold for about a year as decided to sell more super styled guitars. The history of this neck and these early straits were as follows. Its MP with Re board. Remember this guitar neck is almost 40 years old.

I replaced it with a regular strait neck. Tuners show some wear, mostly oxidation on the metal parts. The neck still plays well, but shows some minor dings and frets show wear. Robin logo on the head stock shows some wear as well.

Truss rod adjustment is made at the heal or bottom of neck.

Not because the neck was no good. Stevie ray Vaughn played Robin guitars for awhile in the 1980 I urge you to do a search of Robin guitars and will find more detailed. So what about the neck.

I removed this neck from a 1982 Tokay made Robin strait several years ago. Well Tokay changed their logo and Robin decided to redesign the neck avoid further lawsuits.
