I was surprised to see that it still in tune despite the rough handling thief gave it, which was, me, selling point of this series Yamaha RGX603A 24-fret studio electric guitar for parts refurbish serial nz22101gig bag included. I bought this new back in 89 when first moved to fl, and played it off on for years. The one thing that always annoyed me about this particular guitar was how it would go through 9v batteries.
This one has sat untouched and is still in tune, or really close. They stay in tune forever, no matter what. Still plays.
Known issues: - broken selector switch missing knob replaced screw on micro tuner head stock- light scratches body, dings headboard. Yes, it has a built in pre-amp that requires 9v battery.
