It is super clean and in excellent overall condition has had very little play time. The only notable flaw is a few hairline scratches in the finish on back of neck around area 10th fret see last photo. It is a Japanese made neck from 2006 2008 ST-57 TX guitar. This is a great neck for 50s Strat project.
This era of Fender Japan was produced in the same factory as Tokay guitars and are very high quality equal to USA model's my opinion. They cannot be felt while playing and are barely visible, but worth mentioning.
