It mounts with a 5-bolt configuration and will not work music yo era guitars that use 4-bolt pattern. Theres light wear on the headpiece.

Theres a pencil tip-sized ding on the edge of board between frets pic this neck played well with good action when it was installed. The rubber band string retainer is missing but its not necessary. Its in great shape, very clean with minor surface wear.
